Electrode paste has poor thermal shock resistance
1. Section status: flat section.
2. Other phenomena: the current changes greatly before the electrode is broken, and the others are normal.
3. Reason analysis: the fluctuation of the current will cause the resistance heat of each part of the electrode itself to be different, and this difference will cause a certain internal stress inside the electrode, and cracks will occur when the electrode paste has poor thermal shock resistance. The excessively fast sintering speed during the electrode firing process will also increase the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the electrode. When there is no bifurcation under the electrode section with longitudinal cracks, it can generally be judged that the thermal shock resistance of the electrode paste is poor.
