Paste is not added according to the process requirements, resulting in too high paste column, slow volatilization of volatiles and under burning of electrodes; The paste column is too high, so that the self weight of the electrode exceeds the clamping force of the electrode clamping system, causing the electrode to slide down and causing the electrode to leak paste.
③ Process operation reason
The electrode is not pressed according to the pressing length and time interval specified in the process operation specification.
